Your plan covers PrimeReply. Meta charges for some messages separately, straight to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account. We never add a markup.

No. You can connect the number you already use on the WhatsApp Business app and keep using the app on your phone; chats stay in sync both ways. You can also connect a new number that is not on WhatsApp yet.

It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) from Meta. It does not use unofficial tools or browser automation, which is what usually gets numbers banned. Keep your number in good standing by messaging only people who agreed to hear from you and following WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy. Your number's quality rating is shown in the app.

Normal replies within 24 hours of a customer's last message are free. Meta charges per message for marketing, utility and authentication templates, and utility templates are free inside that 24-hour window. Meta bills these charges directly to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business Account, separately from your plan.

Choose a plan and start using it straight away. Before the trial ends you get an email. To keep going, choose a plan and pay the invoice. Your card is never charged automatically.

Yes. Turn off renewal under Billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is charged after that.

Yes, to contacts who agreed to receive your messages, using templates approved by Meta. Meta sets a daily limit on how many people you can start conversations with, and it rises automatically as you keep sending messages people value.

Yes. Use web forms, landing pages, click-to-chat links and QR codes, Facebook Lead Ads, webhook triggers for WooCommerce or Shopify orders, and the REST API.

Data travels over encrypted connections, WhatsApp and Facebook access tokens are stored encrypted, and every user can turn on two-factor sign-in. You stay in control: export your contacts or delete your workspace at any time.
